Using PMi Process is a cost-effective solution to the problems associated with change. Rather than having to use your full time staff who are experts at what they do, PMi Process allows you to access a pool of knowledge who are experts at change.

A fixed term contract can alleviate all the costs and headaches associated with the employment of a specialist. This flexibility allows you to quickly gain skills when you need them and for as long as you need them. Alternatively a fixed price contract can allow you to hedge the risk, often spreading the cost against the benefits that are derived from the change.

We keep our rates highly competitive by minimising the overheads of our business. We do not keep specialists or team members on our payroll as we do not wish to be put in a position where we feel we would have to use an individual who was currently available even if their suitability for the role was not perfect. We prefer to source these individuals as and when required from our membership that has been built from personal contacts made by the founder members in over 25 man-years in business. If the skill set doesn't match, we wouldn't consider taking the assignment.
